The Indiana Public Health Association and Health by Design are thrilled to announce the upcoming virtual 2024 Indiana Health Equity Summit, “From Reflection to Action: Understanding Our Past to Create a Better Future”!

The event will take place on Wednesday, August 28 and Thursday, August 29 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM ET.

The Summit will convene statewide partners for an exploration of inequities, structural racism, and actionable ways to address these threats to the health and wellbeing of our communities. We hope you’ll join us for a wonderful two days of moving from reflection to action!
